OUR STORY
Before opening AP Remodeling, Aviv made sure he earned his stripes in the construction
industry. Starting as a runner, he zigzagged to perform quality control and deliver materials to
endless number of projects. He then moved into sales and project management, excelling at
working with established and acclaimed firms in the industry. Yet, driven by an entrepreneurial
spirit, Aviv decided to launch his own design build firm, leveraging on his extensive industry
experience. His vision was to create a real one stop shop for residential remodeling, a
streamlined design build firm, free from unnecessary red tape.
AP Remodeling is distinguished by its transparency, agility and innovation. Our work process
proved itself to be successful both for our company and our customers. From our initial
meeting, clients can expect to to receive valuable insights and a preliminary ballpark estimate.
Our team includes experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman, Interior
Designers, Back Office Support and Management, collectively amassing experience from Thousands of

Meet Aviv
Aviv worked his way up from a superintendent to a salesperson and through project management, before forming AP Remodeling. As a former professional athlete Aviv is a big proponent of self discipline and focus. On his time off he can be found buried in self-growth books or at the nearest cross fit gym.
