AP Remodeling

Our Process

Our simple process

01

Initial Meeting

For a remodel, a Project Manager will visit your home to discuss your construction needs and vision. You’ll gain valuable insights and receive a preliminary ballpark price for your project.

In a new construction project, we begin with a thorough site visit to understand the natural and urban characteristics of your location. This helps us grasp the unique aspects of where and how your home will be built.

02

Specification and Conceptual Design

For a remodel, in a follow-up meeting, the Project Manager will delve into the details of your project, covering design and construction aspects such as cabinetry, flooring, and layout. You’ll receive a detailed specification document with an exact price and in some cases, a basic 2D or 3D illustration.

In a new construction project, we will work closely with you to develop the concept and vision for your home. Our experts will explore your space, design preferences, and personal style to craft a tailored plan. By the end of this phase, both you and our team will have a clear vision for your home.

03

Plans and Design

Our design and architectural team will create the final plans and design, encompassing layout, structural decisions, and selection of all finished materials. You will receive comprehensive architectural and engineering plans (if required), along with a detailed outline of your design choices and a purchase list. Depending on your project and package, you may also be provided with 3D renderings.

04

City Approval and Materials Purchase

The city will review your scope of work and plans, and may require revisions. Meanwhile, you should purchase all the materials needed for your project. By the end of
this stage, you will have an approved permit and all the materials on-site.

05

Construction

With everything in place, construction is straightforward. Our skilled team, including crews, foremen, superintendents, and project managers, will meticulously execute every detail. Our goal is to complete the project to your satisfaction, ensuring your home is ready for you to enjoy.
